We are Tessa and Will - two Kiwi sailors with a goal of competing in the 470 class at the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. Follow along as we try and qualify for Los Angeles 2028.

The Team
We’re two Kiwi sailors with a dream and goal of competing at the 2028 Olympics. To get there, we must first secure a spot for New Zealand at the 2027 World Sailing Championships or the 2028 Continental Qualifiers, and then win the national selection trials.
Between us, we’ve won 19 national titles across 10 different classes. After joining forces earlier this year, we won the 420 National Championships in March 2026 at our first regatta together. Over the next year, our goal is to medal at an international junior regatta, putting ourselves in a strong position to represent New Zealand at the Olympics in 2028.
